PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NC-THIN L, an anionic acrylic copolymer, is used in water-based systems to control rheological properties and to impart high temperature stability. NC-THIN L is particularly efficient in freshwater systems with low to medium solids concentrations.

APPLICATION
NC-THIN L is an effective water-based deflocculant. It also prevents high-temperature flocculation. NC-THIN L will also function to prevent gel formation and helps reduce fluid loss in most mud systems at temperatures up to 250°C.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
Add 1 - 4 lb/bbl (2.85 - 11.41 kg/m3) of NC-THIN L to the system. It is not recommended for use in high-lignite systems. It performs better when starches, cellulosic or high-temperature synthetic polymers are used for filtration control.

NC-THIN L is available in 5 US gallon (18.9-l) cans, palletized as 36 cans per pallet.
