PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NC-MARB is a high-purity, acid-soluble, calcium carbonate used as a bridging and weighting agent in drilling fluids, drill-in and workover /completion fluids.

APPLICATION
- NC-MARB F is the standard weighting material, can be used to increase the density of all drilling fluids, workover /completion fluids.
- NC-MARB M (medium) and NC-MARB C (coarse) can be used as bridging agents for lost circulation problems and squeeze mixes.
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
- As a weighting agent, adds NC-MARB 5, 25, or 50 agents as needed to increase fluid density up to 14 lb/gal (1.68 gm/cm).
- For 1 bbl starting volume: X = 980 (Wf - Wi ) / (23.3- Wf ) Where: X = NC-MARB agent required, lb/bbl Wf = Final desired mud weight, lb/gal Wi = Initial mud weight, lb/gal
PACKAGING
NC-MARB (F-M-C) is available in 25 kg multi-ply paper sacks, palletized as 40 sacks per pallet.
